The 8-week San Francisco course is on Wednesday nights from 7-9:30, January 25-March 14.
The Berkeley course is on Monday nights from 6:30-9 January 30-March 19.
During the 8-week course participants will develop mindfulness skills to:
- Support Well Being
- Develop Ease
- Cultivate Flow
Practices will include:
- Awareness of the Breath
- Walking Meditation
- Sitting Meditation
- Mindful Movement (Qigong & Yoga)
- Eating Meditation à la Thich Nhat Hanh
- Body Scan by Jon Kabat -Zinn

Augusta Hopkins, MBA
Augusta Hopkins is an experienced, colorful, creative instructor. Passionate about mindfulness practice. Engaged in movement and meditation since 1977. Practiced mindfulness and movement in Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand and France.
Trained with leading MBSR instructor and author Dr. Bob Stahl. Mentored and co-taught with Renee Burgard LCSW, senior MBSR instructor for Apple, Google and Stanford.
Received lay ordination from Thich Nhat Hanh, her primary teacher, and is a lay monastic member of the Order of Interbeing.
