About the practice

"To be fully seen by somebody, then, and be loved anyhow - this is a human offering that can border on miraculous." -Elizabeth Gilbert. We all wish to be fully seen by someone, allowing ourselves to come forward in our wholeness, without the fear of being judged or not accepted. Life brings each one of us different experiences and relationships that affect us in such ways that we may need to cover ourselves with layers of defenses, that eventually can hide us from our genuine and authentic sense of who we truly are. With warmth, sensitivity and open-heartedness I am offering you a safe space to be YOU in the room with me. I honor the wisdom and pace of your mind, body, and spirit's unfolding as you grow through your process of healing and stepping into your fullness. I work with individuals and couples and specialize in working with trauma (individual, cultural and inter-generational). Coming from a different culture, I also bring other perspectives and a deep understanding that each person is unique and has a different way of living and expressing oneself. I offer therapy both in English and Hebrew.   Areas of Specialization: Anxiety and Panic Attacks Depression Trauma and PTSD Sexual Abuse Loss and Grief Emotional and Behavioral Disturbance Codependency Self Esteem Self-Harming Body Image and Eating Disorders Coping Skills Addiction  Life Transitions Spirituality and spiritual emergency Personal Growth Sexuality Relationship Issues: Family Conflict, Peer Relationships
